Our approach
A wooden canopy by Russell Woods with spacious hitting bays, high quality hitting mats and frames.
The result
A state of the art driving range that is playable all year round, with top quality mats, a beautiful putting green and an appearance that suits one of the largest golf complexes in the Netherlands.
The story
With this new driving range, Golfbaan Bentwoud has created something rarely seen in the Netherlands. A huge, fully covered range in solid wood, built by our partner Russell Woods, with spacious hitting bays, tracking screens and a sweeping view of the course.
Within the range there is a beautiful putting green with bunkers, elevation changes and walking grass that brings the entire space together. In addition, there are shielded academy areas for lessons and analysis.
In this project, we provided some of the artificial turf and mat solutions and contributed ideas on materials and construction. The end result is the work of multiple parties, with Golfbaan Bentwoud as the client and Russell Woods as the builder.
